I’m a boutique portrait photographer with a passion for celebrating family in all its forms and allowing images to live to their fullest potential.
I believe your photographs should be more than something you see on a screen, post to social media, and ultimately forget about. They should become part of your home, your story, and the way your family sees how deeply they are loved.
That’s why I offer a full-service portrait experience. We’ll plan your session together, create portraits that capture your family’s essence, and then I will help you choose finished artwork designed for your home.

A full service portrait experience

We plan together.
Before your session, we will meet for a consultation to talk through who we are photographing, where your portraits will live in your home, clothing ideas and the style you love.

I create your portraits.
Your photo session is designed to be a fun experience that you will always remember. We listen to your favorite music, I help you with posing, and more than anything I facilitate an environment where your relationships can shine authentically.
3.
You choose your favorites.
After your session, we will meet again for your ordering appointment. I will help you narrow your portraits, compare options and choose the artwork that fits your home best.
4.
You cherish your artwork.
Your portraits are professionally printed, framed, finished, and ready to be displayed in your home. Your images live as works of art rather than files in a folder on your phone.

The way I work is structured, yet relaxed. I photograph your session intentionally around the options we discuss at your consultation to make sure we capture images tailored to your family’s needs. But I believe you will love your images less if you don’t remember having a fun time when we photographed your session, so I always keep it light hearted and center creativity.

I provide a social media sized digital file of every image you purchase so you can share your favorites to social media! My specialty is finished artwork, so your portraits are professionally printed and ready to live in your home. When clients are interested in a larger variety of images than just the few they choose for the wall, I always recommend we focus on creating an heirloom album.

I am a full-service photographer. That means our work spans beyond the time I spend photographing your family. I help you plan your session, create portraits with a purpose and choose finished artwork for your home afterward. You are not left on your own to figure out what to do with your images.
I am also a trans non-binary person who understands that for queer folks, being photographed can pose unique challenges. I always take an informed approach to helping my clients feel seen and identity affirmed in their images.

You’re not alone! Most people feel this way at first, and it’s completely normal. You do not need to know how to pose, where to look or what to do with your hands. That’s my job!
I’ll guide you through your session with simple direction, affirming posing and plenty of encouragement so you feel comfortable and look like yourself. Most clients arrive a little nervous and leave saying, “That was so much easier than I expected.”
